Couple one, out to the right, make an arch and go on through, come on back, grandpa’s baby.	Gent 1 leads out to the right and couple 2 makes an arch, couple 1 goes through. Couple 2 walks forward at the same time, then the lady turns under the gent’s hand at the end (California twirl) and faces around. The line comes back through the same way, then all circle four.
Four hands round and circle left
Right to your opposite, left to your own, right to your opposite, swing your own
On to the next, grandpa’s baby	Gent 1 leads the line of four out to couple 3, who makes an arch, couple 1 and 2 go through. couple 3 walks forward at the same time, then the lady turns under the gent’s hand at the end (California twirl) and faces around. The line comes back through the same way, then circle up six.

Left to your corner, right to your partner, right and left grand
Six hands round and circle left
On to the next, grandpa’s baby	Lead out to couple 4, who makes an arch, the line of six goes through. couple 4 walks forward at the same time, then the lady turns under the gent’s hand at the end (California twirl) and faces around. The line comes back through the same way, then all circle up eight.
Circle up eight. Left to your corner, right to your partner, right and left grand
break.	A “break” is performed between repetitions of the figure.  After the break, the figure will repeat, starting with the second couple, then another break, then the third, and so on.
