The always-fun Jake Hockemeyer Memorial Old-Time Fiddle Contest held at the Mokane World’s Fair returns this year. Sponsored by the Missouri State Old Time Fiddlers Association, this contest features over $2,000 in total prizes in four divisions (Open, Senior 60+, Pre-open 17-30, and Junior under 17), plus a food voucher for every contestant who enters (try the mutton sandwich!).
